These magnesium chewables are pretty good. When you first open the bottle, there is a very nice smell of raspberries that smells so delicious. The texture of the chewables are more like gummy bears rather than fruit snacks, if that makes sense. It has more of a chewy texture, where fruit snacks have more of a snap rather than chewy. These chewables stick to my teeth a little kind of like candy, the gummy bears but it's not that bad. They taste very good like candy, which if you have children you should be careful and not to leave it out because it can definitely be mistaken for candy. And you're supposed to take this once a day after a meal, and it is so easy to take. It's almost like a dessert. It contains many different vitamins and nutrients but who really knows if they really work. I haven't been taking them long enough to notice any difference but I would probably assume that it's doing its job. All I can say is that it tastes good and they're easy to take. If you're looking for a good chewable magnesium, I would give these a shot.

For teen girls with anxiety, these are great gummies. Packed with other vitamins and calming ingredients. My daughter takes two in the evening to settle down and go to bed. They taste like candy. Kinda pricy, but worth it. Helps her sleep. Highly recommend

I ordered this magnesium supplement as I tend to have horrible sleep quality, based on my sleep score I’m getting a 20% sleep quality rating and need to improve it somehow. This is where this gummy comes in. I’m not saying that this gummy solves it or fixes my sleep issue but since I started taking it my sleep score has increased to 30-35%. This by itself shows that magnesium supplement does in fact work. I’ve been taking it every night and will continue to. The form factor is what caught my eye as I’m tired of the basic pill and powders that are in the market and wanted something I could easily take without water. 2 gummies a day is easy to take and the taste is not bad at all. The addition of calcium, vitamin b6, vitamin b12 and vitamin d3 is a plus. I do notice that it takes less time to fall asleep, which usually takes 2-3 hours. Overall I’m happy with these gummies and like the, so far.

But that only means about 10% of that is ACTUAL mag...

Taste and texture fine, but i still need pills to get full amts..
