It's all natural and not full of artificial ingredients.

I love that it is powdered nutrients from a natural sources and doesn't upset my stomach like most vitamins do:)

Easy to swallow

I can't speak to the ingredient quality of this, but I do like that it's easy to swallow and supposedly provides a good balance of various vitamins and doesn't go overboard on the B-vitamin values.
