I mixed 1 scoop with my morning coffee with sugar and my creamer. It taste okay. I did not taste any different. It mixed well which I am glad. It did not give me an upset stomach and I like how I feel I have more energy and focus of what I am doing and finished my daily goal. I think it is working. I like it and I will continue using it.
